Cena regularna to 149 zł.
Ja wybrałam bluzkę z New Look'a. Ufff, a ostatnia sztuka w NL oznacza zniżkę 20% :)
Buty Primark.
Reszta outfitu to spodnie C&A, naszyjnik Cubus, bransoletka Sinsay.

Bags are my love. How many
of them do I owe? Nobody knows it, even me :) The ones by H&M are definitely
my favourite. Each season H&M offers bags that I fell in love with from the
first sight and I know right away I have to get them. My eternal dilemma is the
colour - black or beige, black or beige? Or maybe both? No, there's no point
in buying two same models, but different colours. Last year, the black one was
my choice, therefore now it's turn for beige.
The bag is of plain design
with gold elements. Very elegant and practical. For me it's perfect, but I think not every girl would like it as much as me :)
Then, the baby blue blouse.
It's colour is going to be one of the tops of summer 2014, so be prepared :) I've
chosen New Look.
Shoes, well, I guess I've
just mentioned that buying two same items doesn't make much sense, but uuuups le's
say it doesn't concern shoes. Got beige and black from Primark, Berlin. I really recommend them. As for high heels they are comfortable, what's for me
is of top importance.
Trousers C&A, necklace Cubus, bracelet Sinsay.

Bake a cheesecake!
Przyszła wiosna, a z nią czas na sernik z owocami :) Onomonomom! Pyszny i szybki w przygotowaniu!
SPÓD:
* 200 g herbatników
* 100 g masła
MASA SEROWA:
* 1 kg mielonego twarogu
* 5 jajek
* 50 g masła
* 125 ml śmietany kremówki 30 %
* szklankę cukru
* 2 opakowania budyniu waniliowego
DODATKOWO:
* truskawki, maliny, jagody i dwie galaretki truskawkowe
Zacznij od przygotowania dolnej warstwy. Roztop i ostudź masło. Wymieszaj z drobno pokruszonymi herbatnikami.
Całość wlej do tortownicy wyłożonej ciasteczkami. Wstaw do piekarnika na 90 minut (160 stopni). Po wystudzeniu ułóż owoce.
Przygotuj galaretkę według przepisu na opakowaniu. Wystudź i włóż do zamrażalnika na około 30 minut. Kiedy galaretka będzie odpowiedniej konsystencji, zalej sernik. Jeszcze trzy godziny w lodówce i możesz jeść!
Smaczneeeeeego!

Winter is gone! Finally! Spring time means cheesecake with fruits. Yummy and easy to prepare <3
CRUST :
* 200 g biscuits
* 100 g butter
CHEESE PASTE :
* 1 kg minced cheese
* 5 eggs
* 50 g butter
* 125 ml double cream (30 %)
* one glass of sugar
* 2 vanilla blancmanges
AND :
* strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and two strawberry jellies
How to prepare it?
Start with the bottom layer. Melt butter and wait until it cools down. Meanwhile, crush biscuits and combine them with the butter. Spread springform pan with margarine and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs to prevent the cake burning. Put the crust in the bottom of the springform. Gently press down on the crumbs using your fingers, until the crumbs are a nice even layer.
Next, prepare cheese paste. Separate eggs yolks from white, that’s easy ;) Combine yolks with
minced cheese, butter, double cream and blancmange powder until smooth. My advice is to put on apron
before you start ;) Then, beat egg whites and add them to the cheese paste. Mix carefully. Pour filling over the crust. Preheat oven up to 170 degrees and bake for 90 minutes. Chill it completely and top with your favourite fruits!
Meanwhile, prepare jelly following packet directions. Set is aside to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until it starts to thicken. Pour jelly over cheesecake. Let it set in the fridge for three hours and only then it’s ready to eat ;)

Italy, my love.
Potrzebujesz: biszkopty, kawę, wódkę, aromat waniliowy, śmietanę kremówkę, fix do śmietany, cukier puder, mascarpone, ciemne kakao.
Na początek przygotuj 250 ml mocnego espresso. Poczekaj aż wystygnie. Dodaj dwa kieliszki wódki i kilka kropel aromatu waniliowego. Wymieszaj.
Czas na śmietanę kremówkę. Około 150 g będzie ok na dwie porcje średniej wielkości deseru. Ubij z dowolną ilością cukru pudru. Wiadomo, im więcej, tym słodsze ;) Aby utrzymać gęstą konsystencję dodaj fix do śmietany. Gotowe!
250 g mascarpone wymieszaj z cukrem pudrem - ilość znowu według własnego uznania. Dodaj łyżkę stołową bitej śmietany i wymieszaj do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji.
Biszkopty namocz w kawie i ułóż na sam spód słoiczka. Druga warstwa to mascarpone, na nim pokrojone w plasterki banany, znowu biszkopty, a na samej górze bita śmietana. Jeszcze tylko kakao (ciemna czekolada to też dobry pomysł) i truskawki.
Dekoracja musi być! Ja proponuje białą wstążkę, zieloną & czerwona rafię, mięte. Wow.
I nie zapomnij o małej latte ;)
English
Because of its ingredients Tiramisu literally means ‘pick me up’. For the first time made in Siena, Italy, blends the flavours of three ingredients: mascarpone, chocolate and coffee. What a power kick! No wonder it makes you feel high;) Prepared in many different ways always tastes delicious!
My idea is simple. What you need are sponge fingers, banana, a few strawberries, some
coffee & vodka, double cream, mascarpone, dark cocoa or chocolate and powdered sugar.
At first make 250 ml strong espresso. Let it cool down completely. Add two
shots of vodka and some vanilla savoir. Stir it! Then slice bananas and cut strawberries into two.
Now it's time for cream whipping! Mix approximately 200 g of
double cream with powdered sugar. The taste depends on you. Add as much powdered sugar as you want.
Do the same with mascarpone. Just mix it with any amount of powdered sugar.
Add one tablespoon of whipped cream. Mix until its consistency
becomes smooth.
It's almost done! Didn't take much time, did it? Moisten sponge fingers with espresso, put them one by one at the bottom of the jar. As the
second layer put mascarpone mix, then bananas take their turn, sponge fingers
again and finally whipped cream on the top! Sprinkle it with dark cocoa and put
strawberries.
It will look even better if you decorate it. Mint is perfect! Italian national colours look perfect too! I've used white ribbon, red and green raffia - you can get it in every florist's around the corner. Jars -IKEA.
Don't forget about caffe latte ;)
Enjoy the taste and view!
